Ingredient
3 cod roe, 2 eggs, 2 bowls and a half of rice,
Seaweed for gimbap, sesame oil, salt, parsley
How to cook

Cut the pollack roe in half, remove the thin film, and gather the pollack roe inside.

Mix 2/3 of the collected cod roe and 3 eggs and mix well.

Pour cooking oil on a frying pan heated over low heat, pour the egg mixture,
and cook it scrumptiously.

Put two and a half bowls of rice in a bowl and mix well with salt and sesame oil.

Squeeze the rice into a round shape and press in the middle to put the egg roe in a round shape.

Cut the seaweed into appropriate sizes and attach it to the bottom.

Put the pollack roe and parsley on top of the rice balls and you're done!
