Pollack Roe

Ingredient

3/2 bowl of rice, 500ml of water, 1 green tea bag 1 cod roe, furikake, sesame oil, seasoned seaweed

How to cook

01 Boil 500ml of water and brew green tea bags. (If you want to eat it cool, steep it in cold water or make it in advance and cool it down.)

02 Put the rice in a bowl, cut the cod roe and put it on top of the rice. (If you want to eat cooked pollack roe, grease a frying pan over low heat and fry the pollack roe on both sides.)

03 Pour green tea water, add furikake, sesame oil, seaweed powder, chives, etc. to your liking, and you're done!

How to cook
